Super simple roasted carrots
The easiest and quickest way to roast delicious carrots. You can thank me later.

Ingredients
1
bunch
Dutch/baby carrots
(go for rainbow colours, if you can find them)
olive oil (I use garlic flavoured olive oil)
salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 220C.
Grease a baking tray and line with baking paper.
Trim the green tops off the carrots and give the carrots a wash.
Dry the carrots with paper towels and place them onto the baking tray in a single layer.
Drizzle olive oil over the carrots, and sprinkle salt and pepper, if using.
Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
