Super simple roasted carrots

The easiest and quickest way to roast delicious carrots. You can thank me later.

  • 1 bunch Dutch/baby carrots (go for rainbow colours, if you can find them)
  • olive oil (I use garlic flavoured olive oil)
  • salt and pepper (optional)


  • Pre-heat your oven to 220C.
  • Grease a baking tray and line with baking paper.
  • Trim the green tops off the carrots and give the carrots a wash.
  • Dry the carrots with paper towels and place them onto the baking tray in a single layer.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the carrots, and sprinkle salt and pepper, if using.
  • Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
